well, I've learn that you should have a positive attitude and try to work everything out in order to succeed. and if your job is telling the customer lies and cheating on with the price or the amount of the money then you should quit and get an better job and you surely succeed. and always respect the customer even thou they get annoying or any other mood you should respect them.  these are all ethical situation that will surely well succeed.
