well i will manage my time on the process journal by taking my time doing the journal.i would see if i could find any mistakes.   i will look over it to make sure it has specific like for example 

 

1. transportation = find the location, phone number, address and how many of the class can fit.   

2. hotels = i got to find a exact location,number, address, people per room, and the price.

3. restaurants =  find the location, number, address, reservations, and price.

4. places = number, price, location, 

so that is why we  have to be organize and write in the journal.
