in the video it is about the responsibilities and being a risk taker.  being a responsible and always doing the right thing during your work. it it like you are sitting and your having lunch with friends and she is having a very long lunch break and she is supposed to take a 1 hr break. that is UNETHICAL THE REASON IT IS EFFECTING YOU AND YOUR CO-WORKERS. and go early or doing something awesome for the boss like favor or trying to work a little hard. so if i were you i would do it NOW!!!!!
